The Revv Worldwide / Revv Naturals Affiliate opportunity is open to people from all walks of life, regardless of sex, race, nationality, religious beliefs, political affiliations, or age, as long as the Applicant is at least 18 years of age and is otherwise legally capable of entering into a Contractual Agreement.

POLICY PROVISIONS:

To maintain the highest level of integrity and to assist and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, the following policies, procedures, and terms and conditions have been adopted and will be strictly enforced.

Revv Naturals will be referred to as (RN) for the balance of this document. Customer Affiliate will be referred to as (CA) for the balance of this document.

1) BECOMING A CUSTOMER AFFILIATE / ENROLLMENT OF SPOUSE / MINIMUM ORDER:

A person is not required to purchase a product to become a (CA).  However, we do require 1 purchase (any amount) every 12 months to be considered active.  You need to be active to get paid.  Becoming a (CA) and then enrolling a spouse or partner to place orders there is prohibited.

2) RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

(RN) proudly stands behind its products and so our policy is simple:  We provide a money-back guarantee!

If you try one of our single (1) 30 serving products and are not 100% satisfied, you may return that product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full product refund. NOTE: In the event, you purchased several of that same item you may also return those unopened products for a full product refund as long as they are in resalable condition.

Give our friendly customer service a call at (877) 377-0027, and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Your return shipment must include this number and be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. Delivery confirmation is not required but advised as we can not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected return shipments.

When your shipment arrives at our facility, your refund will be issued within two business days.

3) CUSTOMER AFFILIATE PAY SCHEDULE:

(CA’s) can choose to be paid by check or store credit.  All check payments to (CA’s) will be mailed the 10th of every month. Store Credit will be added to your account on the 10th as well.  In the event, the 10th lands on a Holiday the checks will be mailed the next business day.  

4) LOYALTY PROGRAM /AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS:

When ordering from (RN) or at any time after joining, you will have the opportunity to create an automatic shipment to begin when you choose and that qualifies you to participate in our Loyalty Program. This program allows Customers and Customer Affiliates to earn Loyalty Points that arrive with each auto order. Specific benefits of this program are outlined in the Loyalty Program link on the Home page.  Customer Affiliate agrees that payment will be automatically deducted from an authorized VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX card each month. Change or cancel at any time in your account dashboard or by contacting us.  Auto orders will ship the next day to allow for changes or cancelations.  

5) ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES:

(CA) will not produce, promote, sell, or use any marketing materials, including, sales aids, promotional items, advertisements, electronic media, internet advertising, websites or listing pages of any kind which contain the (RN) logo, trade names, products, promotions and/or material which is owned and protected by (RN) without first obtaining written approval from (RN).

6) REPRESENTATION OF STATUS:

Any references the (CA) makes to him or herself must set forth the (CA’s) independent status. For example, if the (CA) has a business telephone, the telephone may not be listed under (RN’s) name or in any other manner that does not disclose the Independent status of the (CA). A (CA) will not be treated as an employee concerning any laws covering employees, including but not limited to, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, the Social Security Act, the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, Income Tax Withholding at Source, or for any Federal, State, or Local tax laws.

7) CONDUCT:

(CA) will never make false or fraudulent representations about the company, its products, affiliate program, or income potentials. (CA) will conduct all operations in strict compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and other requirements of any Federal, State, County, Municipal, or other government agency.

8) TELEPHONE/FAX/COMPUTER SOLICITATION:

The use of (RN’s) name or copyrighted materials may not be made with automatic calling devices or “boiler room” operations to solicit retail Customers. (CA) agrees to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), including, but not limited to the Federal Communications Commission’s prohibition against unsolicited telephone marketing calls and faxes.

9) MEDICAL CLAIMS AND PRODUCT TESTIMONIALS:

No claims as to the therapeutic, safety or curative properties of the products, or regarding the products, may be made, except those officially approved by (RN) or as contained in the official (RN) literature. No (CA) may make any claims that (RN) products are useful in the treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or cure of any disease. Medical claims regarding (RN) products are strictly prohibited. (CA) should recommend to any Customer who is currently under a physician’s care, or any medical treatment, to seek the advice of their healthcare provider before altering their nutritional regimen.

10) INCOME CLAIMS:

Projections of income earnings and potentially misleading income representations are strictly prohibited.

11) AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS:

All (RN) materials, whether printed, electronically produced, computer generated on film, or produced by sound recording, are copyrighted, and may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, by (CA) or any other person, except as authorized by (RN). Permission to reproduce any materials will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.

12) BACKORDERS:

Orders that include an item on backorder will ship with the back ordered item being shipped when it arrives.   Credit for the volume of commissionable products on backorders will be applied to the month in which the products were ordered and paid.

13) VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION:

The (CA) may be voluntarily canceled at any time and for any reason by a (CA) notifying (RN) of the election to cancel. 

14) SHIPPING POLICY:

(RN) ships all orders within 24 hours on non-holiday business days either by USPS (2-4 days) or UPS Ground (4-7 days).

15) TERM OF AGREEMENT:

The term of this Agreement will not be limited, but on occasion will be revised. Any changes or modifications to this Agreement will be made freely available to all (CA’s). (RN) will post updates through normal channels, and it is the responsibility of the (CA) to review company terms and conditions on a regular basis. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota in the U.S.A. and all claims, disputes, or other matters between parties of this Agreement shall be taken to the County of Sherburne, Minnesota, courts. Further, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the (CA)  and (RN) and no other promises, representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless authorized in writing.
