REVV WORLDWIDE, INC. DBA REVV NATURALS CUSTOMER TERMS and CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
The Revv Worldwide / Revv Naturals website is open to all as long as the customer / buyer is 18 years of age and is otherwise legally capable of entering into a Contractual Agreement. By using our website or submitting an order, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
To maintain the highest level of integrity and to assist and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, the following policies, procedures, and terms and conditions have been adopted and will be strictly enforced.
Revv Worldwide, Inc. DBA Revv Naturals will be referred to as (RN) for the balance of this document.
1) BECOMING A CUSTOMER/MINIMUM ORDER:
There are no requirements to meet.
2) RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
(RN) proudly stands behind its products and so our policy is simple: We provide a money-back guarantee!
If you try one of our single (1) 30 serving products and are not 100% satisfied, you may return that product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full product refund. NOTE: In the event, you purchased several of that same item you may also return those unopened products for a full product refund as long as they are in resalable condition.
Give our friendly customer service a call at (877) 377-0027, and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Your return shipment must include this number and be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. Delivery confirmation is not required but advised as we can not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected return shipments.
When your shipment arrives at our facility, your refund will be issued within two business days.
3) TERMS OF SALE / AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS:
By creating an Autoship, the Customer agrees that payment will be automatically deducted from an authorized VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX card at the interval selected. (RN) will tokenize and store the credit card for the placement of that automatic order. Change or cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (877) 377-0027.
Auto orders will ship the next business day to allow for changes or cancellations.
4) LOYALTY PROGRAM:
When ordering from (RN), you will have the opportunity to create an automatic shipment to begin when you choose and that qualifies you to participate in our Loyalty Program. This program allows Customers to earn Loyalty Points that arrive with each auto order. Specific benefits of this program are outlined in the Loyalty Program link at the top of any page.
5) SHIPPING POLICY:
(RN) ships all orders within 24 hours on non-holiday business days either by USPS (1-4 days) or UPS Ground (4-7 days). You can track your order in your account or by email.
6) ADVERTISING & PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES:
Customers will not produce, promote, sell, or use any marketing materials, including, sales aids, promotional items, advertisements, electronic media, internet advertising, websites or listing pages of any kind which contain the (RN) logo, trade names, products, promotions and/or material which is owned and protected by (RN) without first obtaining written approval from (RN).
7) MEDICAL CLAIMS AND PRODUCT TESTIMONIALS:
No claims as to the therapeutic, safety or curative properties of the products, or regarding the products, may be made, except those officially approved by (RN) or as contained in the official (RN) literature. No Customer may make any claims that (RN) products are useful in the treatment, prevention, diagnosis, or cure of any disease. Medical claims regarding (RN) products are strictly prohibited. Customers who are currently under a physician’s care, or any medical treatment, should seek the advice of their healthcare provider before altering their nutritional regimen.
8) AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS:
All (RN) materials, whether printed, electronically produced, computer generated on film, or produced by sound recording, are copyrighted, and may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, by Customers or any other person.
Orders that include an item on backorder will ship with the back ordered item being shipped when it arrives.
10) VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION:
The Customer may be voluntarily canceled at any time and for any reason by notifying (RN) of the election to cancel.
11) TERM OF AGREEMENT:
The term of this Agreement will not be limited, but on occasion will be revised. Any changes or modifications to this Agreement will be made freely available to all Customers. (RN) will post updates through normal channels, and it is the responsibility of the Customer to review company terms and conditions regularly. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota in the U.S.A. and all claims, disputes, or other matters between parties of this Agreement shall be taken to the County of Sherburne, Minnesota, courts. Further, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the Customer and (RN) and no other promises, representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless authorized in writing.
